Where can I purchase my voucher?

Is it a physical voucher?

No, it is an online voucher. An email featuring your voucher details will be sent to your nominated email address at time of purchase. 

What can vouchers be used for?

Vouchers can be used towards Dream Holidays Concierge bookings. Vouchers may be specific to some locations or packages, please check before making a purchase. Contact our Concierge team via the website at https://dreamholidays.io/concierge/

How will exchange rates be calculated when I redeem my voucher?

Any redemption made for a package in a different currency than that noted on the voucher will be converted into the local currency when you make the booking.

Do vouchers have an expiry date?

Yes, vouchers are valid for 3 years from date of issue, you are to book and redeem the voucher before this date. We regret to inform that we will not be able to extend the voucher validity.

How is the voucher delivered?

We will deliver the voucher to the customer’s nominated email address.

Does the full value of the voucher need to be redeemed at once?

Yes, the full value of the voucher must be used at once.

What do I do if I have lost my voucher?

Dream Holidays does not accept any responsibility for lost or stolen vouchers. Please contact us with the voucher information, and we will assist in re-issuing the voucher. If a voucher is re-issued, the original voucher will become invalid.

What is your refund policy?

Voucher purchases are not refundable or redeemable for cash.
